1.Ensure the safety of raw materials.
In terms of warehousing of raw materials, special channels shall be used, ventilation and disinfection shall be well done, special areas shall be stored, and nucleic acid detection of environment and object surface shall be carried out once a week.
2.Ensure personnel safety.
Before entering the factory, the workers should hold the nucleic acid test certificate and then disinfect them . At the same time, strengthen the health monitoring and access management of workers.
3.Ensure safety in production and processing.
Workers should wear work clothes and masks in strict accordance with the requirements of food safety protection. The work clothes shall be disinfected regularly, and the production workshop and production equipment shall be disinfected regularly.
4．Ensure the safety of waste disposal.
Set up special areas for wastes, store them by classification and mark them prominently. Wastes that have not been disinfected shall not be disposed of out of the factory. Environmental nucleic acid test shall be carried out every week.
5.Ensure transportation safety.
Environmental nucleic acid detection will be carried out before high energy biscuits leave the factory. Only when the products are safe can leave the factory. Transportation personnel will also conduct nucleic acid testing to ensure safety during transportation.
